okay, 'Ol Yeller one more time, then like Copo69 says "Back To The Original Thread" I've got more Jungle Jim photos since he was down the road from where I lived in Chester. Ah...the good 'ol days and nights at Steve Kanuika Speed Shop till 3 in the morning bench racing the everyone leaving on Rt 202 North with long smoking burnouts.

Sorry for changing this threads topic direction......

The Camaro has the original 4x15 Cragars on the front with G-78 Goodyears and the rear has L60'sMickey Thompson on 10'SS's. I love the stance!

A little off topic again. Jungle Jim´s flopper that was built in january 1975 and debuted with a Monza body at the IHRA´s Winternationals in Miami, was sold to the swedish guys Björn Andersson and Tage Hammerman. It was sold with the Vega body as seen in the picture, but without any engine. It arrived in Sweden the last week of 1975.

I just sold my bowers 8/71 blower to a guy from out in one of the new england states and he said he is restoring one of Jungle Jims monza funny cars not done yet but sure we will here about it when its done!
