Very cool story! Recently found original owner of my L78 pace car... SHE was 18 when she bought it off showroom floor. She's only owned stick shift cars too. Her dad bought it for her and she paid him weekly since he got the Vietnam Veteran price in 1969 after returning from war. Look forward to taking her for a drive God willing
