I read somewhere to start from the back for reassembly of a restoration. First order of business was the rear bumper. I had an NOS one with an imperfection below the license plate area.
Like most Nos chrome , polishing or replating is required.
After repair there were hammer marks that needed to be fixed, some grinding, filling ans sanding required followed by a coat of flat silver paint.

The bumper ready to install.
All NOS parts with the exception of the back up light housings. As none were to be found a nice set from an Arizona desert car were replayed.

On the car and aligned. One taillight to finish.
