That's just stupid dealer behavior.
Koons Tyson Corner, VA is the dealer I am going through. They advertise as the #1 Hellcat seller in the country. They offer the Jailbreak at MSRP (yesterday they said they have one available allocation left at the moment. Unsure when the allocations refresh whether monthly or quarterly), the Superstock at 5% under invoice, and everything else at 6% under invoice. They also have some crazy discounts on the TRX truck and the 392 Jeeps as well. They established an ongoing group purchase discount through the Hellcat owners website:
