Think I have it figured out. I tend to read things too literally [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/crazy.gif[/img] ! Reg says you 1st have to register car with historical plates (they wave fee if you indicate you are going to use old plates - in my case 1969). Then you present the &quot;historical registration&quot; (I interpreted that as the ORIGINAL registration) with a copy/ photo of the 1969 plate + a one-time $4.50 and you are all set. Not a bad deal in this day and age. To boot, they only require a rear license plate when you do this ( Ohio normally requires two plates).
