Thanks for the help. I figured they might be from a large car because they have the H78 tires. The bolt pattern fits a Challenger, but the tires are too big.

I had a Crane Cam Blueprint Series muscle car cam installed in my 1969 L78 when it was rebuilt, and it works great. It is supposed to be exactly the same grind as the original....

I get exactly 27" from center of driver side seat belt bolt to the center of the left rear radius of the opening. I have a bench seat and it doesn't look like there was anything obstructing the tape...
