Thanks for the photo...based on the image I posted of the 68 Camaro it doesn't look like a spacer will be needed. Did some research online and the shape of the hose looks like a 68 Z28 upper hose....

Police Caps vs Dog Dish...
Dog dish caps install over the nubs on the wheel outside of the center. These caps and regular rally caps install on the nubs inside the wheel center [near the lug nuts].

COPO Motor....
I'm no COPO expert, but a 1969 vintage big block chevy wouldn't have 391 heads. They were a 1967 item...pretty sure the 840 heads would be the correct ones for a 69 motor.
