We spent some time this week getting this 454...

We spent some time this week getting this 454 ready to run, and did cam break in last night. There's a little more work to do tonight, then I plan to bring it to a car show in Rushford MN tomorrow.

Ran but a little sick.
This is how it was when shee bought it.
Test drive was a little shaky.

Although it is a date I did not have previously the ones around that assembly date match up. Agreed someone hit the pad with something but after the stamp. My opinion.

Looks to me like the curved grind marks were done over the stamps. looks OK to me but someone with a data base of stamps can come up with a close date to compare.

Maybe ground off the suffix and re-stamped just the 3 and the MO?

Grinder marks are definitely suspicious in my opinion.
