Is this the same one that was on the ad here? If so, wasn't it tested and not working? If it was not I appologize.

Not sure if it is the same or not. The other supposed Deuce Dixco tach had not been tested and had gray primer on it.

Right, that is what I thought. I also thought the user had a similar name and semi gloss black was cheap.

Not sure if this one is the same as the other, but it appears to have the correct metal coupling, correct locator pins, and 3 wires! Other than the dots on the bezel, it looks good.
