Default TCS Solenoid 1970-NOS

A beautiful original NOS #1114434 Transmission Controled Spark intake mounted Solenoid for ALL 1970 Big Block Chevrolet vehicles,still in the box.I am including a Vacuum tee for Holley equipped Solid lifter engines w/A.I.R. as well.
I just opened this box to take pictures today.

What is the significance of the amber insulating glue droplets??? Is that the way all of the original ones looked??
