Kim,
Call Mickey Hegg, she was Ed Fitzgerald's(owner of Courtesy) secretary at the main location in Phoenix. I spoke to her a few years ago, she may be retired now, but you never know. Their phone is 800-961-4095. She might know when Dick started visiting them, and signed on? I don't know the answer. She remembered him and spoke kindly of him when we talked.
