1969 ZL-1 Powered Camaro
This is the third ZL-1 powered Camaro I’ve built in the past year and a half. Like the others, I built these cars to drive, with the options that I would have ordered and as close to an original ZL-1 as would matter from a visual, driving or performance stand point.
#1 Frame off rotisserie restoration on what was originally a very rust free Norwood X11 V8 4 speed Camaro. With exception of the deck lid and cowl hood (I have the originals) the car has all original body panels and floors. Body was media blasted and painted in show quality PPG base coat / clear coat. Undercarriage is like new. Virtually everything on this car is new or restored to like new condition. This is a GM 3946053 ZL-1 block. With the exception of being built to 10.5:1 comp. ratio the engine was built to ZL-1 specs using the correct .620 lift mechanical cam. Engine, transmission and rear end are fully warranted for 6 months I have tons of pictures before, during and after restoration, so just ask. Options: COPO 9560 ZL-1: All Aluminum GM 427cid 515 hp(in stock trim) M22: HD Muncie 4 Speed “Rock Crusher” G84: 4:10 Positraction Rear Axle J52: Power Front Disc Brakes A01 Soft-Ray Tinted Glass U63 AM Pushbutton Radio D80 Spoiler* ZJ7 15x7 Rally Wheels* PL4 F70x14 White Letter Tires* * Comes with both: F70x14 Good Year Polyglas mounted on steel wheels with Dog Dish Caps 225x70x15 G F Goodrich TA Radials mounted on 15x7 Rally Wheels A Deck Lid with a Spoiler A Deck Lid with out a Spoiler COPO 9737 Sports Car Conversion 15” Rally Wheels 13/16” Front Stabilizer Bar 140 MPH Speedometer Interior: 711 Standard Black Vinyl Exterior: 72 Hugger Orange Block 3946053 Intake 3933198 GM Aluminum Heads 3946074 Holley Carburetor 4296 69 Date Coded M22 Muncie 4 speed Original 1969 Hurst Shifter 7115 GM Steel Crank TRW Pistons Delco Starter 1108351 Correct ZL1 .620 lift mechanical cam Correct Bent Neck Radiator Correct 403 Bell housing and ZL-1 clutch configuration Rick at 713-705-2491 [email protected] 95,000.00 Thanks

I'm thinkin TRADE!!! Love it!! [/ QUOTE ] Great minds think alike. My wife asked if we could trade the EK2 Challenger TA! I told her we would be a little short. She said "throw in the Z/28 clone". I said "how about your '68 vert"? She left. |

I get it. She's willing to trade your stuff but when it comes to her 68 vert she brakes and runs. Clever girl.
