Old corvette dragster

Does anyone here have info on a corvette that was raced mostly at Div. 1 NHRA tracks called the 'Dancing bear'? The car was lettered up and had a picture of a bear on its hind legs airbrushed on. We remember seeing the car in the 80's at Englishtown and before that at National speedway. It was a 63' I think, not sure. It was owned by a guy named Chip Banney. I'll try to get the picture I found of it up. Thanks for the help, any info on the car would be great.
