Default Looks like another Fraud ??? Seen this before ?

I dont understand that "Pre-Approved" bidders thing, always cars listed way under value but you got to be approved first...whats up with that?

You have to contact the seller to be pre-approved, and when you do that, he will offer it to you outside of ebay. This gives the fake seller a few advantages, one of them is that he can try to sell the car to (pull the same scam on) more than one person at a time. And ebay won't help catch the guy that way.
