I recently came across a BB crank pulley with the part # 3972180 CE stamped into it. Can someone please tell me the correct application for this part. Thanks

Is there a master list of Pulleys that I could get. I see them all the time at flea markets. My problem is that I have no way to ID them and unless they are deep grove I would have no idea what they fit.
