Default 1970 Chevelle Dealer Promo Model

For sale: 70 Chevelle Toy Dealer Promo, Gold Convertible, "Matching Numbers" in the box with original "tissue paper" wrapping and "Buildsheet." Much more desirable than the new 1/18 scale Ertl Chevelles that "grown men" are collecting today. These models were only made in two colors White and Gold. A chance to own a very rare piece of Chevrolet History, Don't miss out!!! Asking $1200.

I think I've heard of this car,and it's not the original engine as the seller was claiming. It's really a Replacement block, but not even the Original Replacement block..
The seller,a self proclaimed Expert, installed an engine that somebody else sold him awhile ago.He put a special mark on this block, and never told him. When another went to see this LS6/m22/Bucket Seat Chevelle Convertible for sale, with a Buildsheet,() the mark was stll visible, because he knew where to look. The Chevelles seller was adamant in it's History and refused to acknowledge any questions.Authentic in everyway he said.
But Your price sounds reasonable today,as once he was asking 195,000.000....But this couldn't be the same Chevelle could it?...Was it once Forest Green?

Can you guys stop battling on my personal threads? All I'm trying to do is thin my herd of "Toy Cars" and you guys start a friggin battle over a real LS6 convertible that everybody on this site already knows the facts on.BTW, MR70 WHO THE HELL APPOINTED YOU AS SITE MODERATOR?

Oh im sorry Dick, ill repost it now................"The motor in my car is not a CE pad,it has no stampings at all on it..with all your behind the scenes detective work i think you should change from "mr70" to "privatedickrick" ...I do however believe the part where you make marks on things..Ive even heard from more than one person in the past few years that you make marks on peoples trim tags at shows..maybe thats why youve lost any credibility on this site you may have had.. maybe you are still bitter because you couldnt convince the previous owner of my car to sell to you while i was holding the title..The only thing ive ever bought from you is an "NOS" emergency kit..That is if "nos" means "remnant of the titanic".. Still have it and the cancelled check for 200.00,id sell for 50.00 if anyone would like it

mr70, Nice EDIT job on your post above. I see you removed the (I's) as you had nothing to do with the sale of that engine. Nice touch up!!!!! Remember we all get your first draft by email in our favorites.
