There is a couple here in the NW that have a company which restores steering wheels. I have their card at home if you are interested. I can get the info to you tonight. Jim

I'am interested in this as well. I've seen lots of restored wheels that only crack again in a year or less. The walnut and rosewood wheels are very difficult to repair and match the factory look.
As I'am sure you know, the repops aren't even close to the originals.

They specialize in old wood steering wheels. I will post info as soon as I get home. Jim

The info is as follows: "Backwards Unlimited" serving the hobby since 1975, steering wheel restoration, repaired, recoated, remolded. Jim & Ingrid Ellis, (360)697-1471 email I tried to post a picture of their business card but my ineptness at making attachments persists!!
