3 core and 4 core brackets are different......4 core is wider so a wider bracket......i just received a 4 core rad core with brackets from HBC - they are wide to cover all the cores.

i may have a set of 3 core orig brackets....let me know if that is of interest and ill ck.

are u talking about the upper and lower brackets that are 23 inches long.......?

Or are you talking about the side tanks on the left and the right.....

or are you talking about the mounting brackets that attached to the side tanks

this would help to understand which ur talking about....then i can see what i have to help you.

u mention 23 inch - so i assume ur talking about the top and bottom core brackets??
if so they are different for 3 core rad and 4 core rad.

which items are u talking about pls

Default 23 inch radiator brackets

I was very clear the side brackets that are soldered on the tanks .They hold the radiator to the radiator support. Those are the parts I need .Guaranteed the same for a three or four core .You have them mixed up with the top and bottom channels that are soldered to the core .The channels are different between a three core and a four core .The width is different.Heartbeat sells a beautiful repop of those and I have been using them for years .Thanks

Thanks for the clarity - yes i agree the mtg brackets to the tanks are the same - the top and bottom rails are not - i just restored a 3 core rad and a 4 core rad.

I have an extra set of top and bottom 23 inch rails.

Never used the HBC side tank brackets, they look right on from the pics - probably your best avenue - i looked around for side brackets recently and not much out there - 427 King has a set, thats all i found. I repaired mine. GLW the search. Let us know how the HBC ones work out IF u get them.
