Default Day 3? 1973 Camaro

Thought it would be worth posting my old 1973 Camaro.
It’s a little more than a day-2 theme but figured some would appreciate it.
I rescued this car 1 year ago, recently finished and sold it.
She was an old show car from the 80s built by a guy in Alberta.
The car attended many of the Canadian World Of Wheels shows and was a well known street car from the Alberta / Sask area.
Long story short, the original owner moved out here to BC then had to sell the car in the early 90s.
A good friend of his purchased the car, only drove it a few times then parked it in his driveway for more than 30 years!
I came along and knew I had to rescue what was still left of this old warrior.
Left almost everything untouched and just how it was built.
A few minor replacement items to get it running and after a lot of searching I was able to locate exact spec Cragar SST replacement rims. Heck, I even reused the Protrac tires!
If only she was stored indoors, I’m sure the body would have looked like the day it was built, but it still polished up decent.
I was lucky to come across some old picture of the car as well.
Nothing like a solid lifter SBC, tunnel ram, duel quads, 4500 stall manual valve body, 4.10 gear with N50 Pro Tracs!

That's cool. I've had several 2nd gens over the years and they are still my favorite gen.

I feel like this is how 2nd gens, at least early ones, are just supposed to look. Badass.

Never did get into the 2nd gens, but this one is very cool ! The black and gold interior is "far out, man"... very period correct and neat to see.

See, I heard Bounty Hunter when I saw the mural

That opening "Hell yeah!" is one of the greatest ways to kick off an album ever.
