Hi SYC,
This one year only setup for high performance Small and big blocks was used exclusively in '69 for Camaros Chevelle's, novas, Impalas etc. No one has correct original hardware available. There are two different lengths bolts that attach the motor mounts to the blocks, the longer bolts attach the mounts that uses the spacer on the bolt and has a special lock plate that attaches under the mounts. The shorter bolts go on the other side without the special plate. There are also two different length bolts, a spacer, a large thick flat washer and two lock washers. These setups are extremely hard to find.

What are the under head lengths of the two long engine mount bolts?

Hi Dave sorry for the late response. The longer bolt length to under the head is 4 5/8 and the shorter one under the head is 3 1/2.
