Must be original assembly line pieces.

Head markings are not important, as the six I have are not all a match. I am certain there were several suppliers, and workers didn't give a chit about the markings.

3/8, captured cupped washer, and about 1.25 inches long. Didn't measure.

probably have what you need are you measuring the total lenght or just the thread lenght from the washer
