Steve Schmidt
Steve Schmidt, a renowned engine builder and owner of Steve Schmidt Competition Engines in Indianapolis has passed. His contributions to the racing and high-performance engine world were second to none. He was a well known NHRA Pro Stock racer and engine builder in the 90s/2000s. A true legend in the drag racing world.
Recently, he built 2 of my race engines which gave me the privilege of piloting his horsepower. But most of all I got to know the man. RIP Steve!!
