Default MCACN 2024 one of my old cars there

Watching a video, I saw my old 66 Coronet Deluxe 426 4spd 3.54 dana 60.
I owned it 1985- 1993.
Car had 7,100 miles when I bought- found it and under 9,00 when I sold it.
Car was so dirty when found it was hard to tell it was black.
All factory drivetrain and paint.
Never hit and not rusty.
Blue streak tire in trunk came with it.
4 on car were spares bought out of trunks of other 66 Hemi cars.
In 1986 people thought I was nuts paying big money for those skinny tires. Detail freak then also.
Glad to see car is still same.
Top pic from MCACN 2024 and rest from my time with it.

I was told my old Mustang was there in the past but did not see any pics of it this year???
Easy to tell as it is KK2014
Bittersweet seeing my old buds but my back yard went from 80 acres to 510 acres thanks to them.
No regrets and nice to see they did not get restored.

May as well prove I can be an idiot.
1987 Pushing the sedan hard in turns 3-4 at Elko Speedway in Elko MN.
F70x15 redlines are off my 68 Hemi Charger and were 19 years old at that time.
Note RF dive and rather severe understeer [push].
Pic is right before I floored it to get the tail loose.
Much easier to drive a loose car than one pushing= AKA tight.
Mustang pic is from 1989 at Raceway Park in Shakopee MN entering turn 3.
Factory tires on car were 20 years old at that time.

Thanks,
I was pretty fond of it myself.
That car could have been the poster child for orange peel paint.
On the right rear upper door frame, they did not get all the factory primer covered.
Folks sure got a kick out of that.

Looks like it stayed the way it was when I owned it.
Even got the HEMI only owner's manual with it.
Build sheet actually had HEMI typed lower right.

Car went away when I had the chance to increase back yard from 80 to 510 acres.
All adjoining land so bye- bye cars.

Besides it is fun chasing more now.
"OLE BLUE" is exactly the kind of car- condition we chased back then. Shocked we could find something like that in 2022.

Another black hemi Coronet I was 3ed owner and car had 6,600 miles on it.

Original owner missed a shift and hurt the motor bad in summer of 68. Dodge would not fix it and he never did.
Heads were fine and I found an NOS short block assy dated 2 months prior to build date of car.
NO COMMENT on what that cost me.
I still wince when I think about it.
I left the metal data tag on it

Factory paint except RF NOS fender.
Got backed into at some point and I had the frender.

Pic shows the NOS RF 67 fender before painting it.

Also shows how dirty the 66 sedan was when found- bought.
Dirt on decklid is after power washing.
Had to hand clean it off. As you can see car shined well.
Looked like it never sat outside.

Red pinstripe on 67 was very poorly done,

Car had some neat options.
Headrests
Power disc [4 piston] brakes
bumper guards
AM-FM radio [try and find one of those]
factory 7.75 Goodyear redline spare
spare keys from new with metal ID tags
Hemi only owners manual
Some pics above are dirty- damaged.
