Complete matching #s 69 Judge
Rust in the usual places on a ‘69 GTO, but this Original Paint Survivor “Pattern” Judge in Carousel Red is really cool.
Every factory component is still there after decades of sitting. Cars like this are getting fewer. With less than 20 hours to go this BaT auction has been fun to watch. Leave the Factory paint and stripes alone ….. please.

Very special Judge, possibly one of the first.
01C was the first build week for Pattern cars which this car is.

Basically the 1st 2,000 judges built were all carousel red and had the same options for the most part. This initial batch was distributed across the nation for the initial introduction. Other colors were not available until March. Others on this site probably know the finer details better than I do, but that’s the basic description of pattern judges.

$60k for that?! Jeeze..... I'm not a fan of these new inflated project prices. Maybe I'm getting old early for only being 50. I should start complaining about nonsense and minor things.
GET OFF MY LAWN!! cheers Dave |
