Holey Moley! I remember seeing that car at the Saskatoon Southwind's Raceway (now SIR) back in 1970. I heard it was up in Edmonton which explains the Chestermere connection.

By the way, the Ford Drag Team were thrashed by teams such as 'The Old Trapper' and 'Tuff e Nuff" the Sunday I was at the track. It is such a cool car with great documentation...whomever buys this gem won't regret it. |

I saw that car in 1970 at SIR as well! That is something. I can't remember which day I was there as I was 12! My cousin took me to the track. I remember the John Petrie Mopar clinic cars were there too. I got my hands on a sticker from the Mopar team and when I got back to the farm, I put it on the grain truck when my dad wouldn't let me stick it on his car. The grain truck was Chevy!

Amazing how pristine the underside of that car is! Must have had excellent storage all these years. That's a definite candidate for MCACN.

With people paying dumb prices for cars, this one is a good value.
