Cool!
5 miles of all EV in "stealth mode" which works up to 45 mph or until the driver activates the gas engine with the throttle. "The main benefit of Stealth mode is respecting others, with the ability to quietly exit neighborhoods without the gas engine's boisterous soundtrack" Note to gM... the engine sound is the point for most drivers.

----To me this C8 is the best looking C8 I have seen to date. With all the black stuff painted to match, and the lack of aero-junk I think this car can stand along side a whole bunch of exotic euro-stuff! With that said I really don't need a Corvette that goes 0 to 60 in 2 seconds, but, man is this grey one good looking!!!....Bill S

Leave the "neighborhood quietly."? a million yrs ago, my old man brought home the latest JFK airport beater, a 66 Delta 88, 5 mins later, my brothers and I opened, hood, saw 425 Ultra High Compression on the air cleaner. 10 min later, backed it out of the driveway into the street, melted and blew the 1 tire, 15 minutes later, put the spare on and put it back in the driveway. Old man yelled at us, half the neighborhood applauded, and the other half that already hated us, added to the hatred.
Bottom Line, if you don't want to leave the neighborhood quietly, don't !
