Looking For Fiber Optic Retainer (P/N 6288831)

Looking for the retainer that holds the fiber optic wire off of the top of the gauge lamp plate where the bulb socket fastens to. I’ve taken a screenshot and marked it up to circle the piece I’m looking for.
