1969/70 USA-1 Plates

Nice vintage pair of original unrestored metal USA-1 Chevrolet License Plates.This particular plate/slogan is one of their hardest Slogans to find,and was available during their entire 1969 Chevrolet production,carrying over into their mid 1970 production as well before being replaced later on by their next re-cycled slogan of "See America's First!"
They both are straight & have their embossed lettering,(something repros don't have),and have never been fluffed or painted since they were issued.All bolt holes are original size and not elongated.
Top steel plate shows natural use,with it's original tan backside and would fit better on a unrestored vehicle that wants to show it's real age,instead of an overly shiny reproduction plate to conflict with that.$300 + $10 shipping in lower 48.
Bottom steel plate shows light wear,but has been treated better and has it's original olive green backside. SOLD $500 + $10 shipping in lower 48.
