1969 Camaro Bumper Jack Assembly

Looking for a 1969 Camaro bumper jack assembly dated oct/nov/dec of 68 for my 12B Van Nuys car. I would prefer a complete assembly with hook and tire iron but, if you have pieces I will consider that as well.

I believe the Jack I am in need of is the “square tube” style.
