You can do it yourself for nearly pennies too.
Removing the cones,cleaning the cage and gluing the new cones in. All of those supplies are available to the public.

He also offers oem wiring. These folks offer correct speakers new. I don't think they can rebuild originals. http://turnswitch.com/
