U.S. 30 Dragstip

I have found out one of the previous owners of my autumn gold ls6 raced the car at the U.S. 30 Dragstrip around Chicago back in the day. I was told he was doctor. Does anyone remember a doctor that raced cars there back in the 70's/ 80's?

I remember seeing Big Drag posting about owning a car like that but he's no doctor.

Hi guys, it was an Autumn Gold car, black stripes, bench seat, 4 speed, 4.10 gears, no gauges,no power steering, cowl induction.
