			Hey everyone,

Doing a tear down of the subframe to get ready for its restoration. Car is a 40k mile car so I do believe these are original born with shocks but had a question concerning the part number. Car has a 7A trim tag assembly date with NCRS shipping reports for July 10th to Yenko. A lot of the original equipment holds May dates as do these shocks dated 147 69 (May 22nd). My concern is that these are not the part number I was told should be on the car. The part number on the shocks is 3192481. Both are the same number and stamping date. I was told the car should have 3192826. The car is missing its original rears and I was told those should be 3192832. I was getting ready to send the fronts off to be restored but am conflicted now. As I said before I believe them to be original to the car but wanted to ask for opinions. Thanks Andy |

Rear shocks were 3192832 TN for automatics, 3192851 UN for manuals.

Ah, should have mentioned that my car is an automatic. Somewhat forgot that could play a part in it.
