I reached out to the guy as the car is in Canada but he wouldn't even reply with his number. Said he will only sell to someone with eyes on it so there are no disappointments. Judging from that response and the pics of the trunk, I would bet that it needs complete floors, rockers, wheel housings and more.

This guy restores cars for a living in his own garage, if he won't restore this car himself then it's to far gone and no profit to be made.

The ad lasted for three weeks and then was deleted by the seller. From what I recall, this was an Atlanta-built car and was sold new on the East Coast. It had some pretty serious rust issues. Here's what I was able to recover from the original posting:
