1969 chevelle rear control arm bolts

I removed the rear end from my 1969 chevelle and did not notice till I had all the bolts out that 2 of the bolts are a flange bolt and the other 6 is not , can someone tell me what location gets the flange bolts?

The two flanged bolts should go in the forward position on the lower control arms.
