I think he sold it in the last year. I looked at it last year when I was looking for a Biscayne/Belair driver. This car was so nice I’d feel guilty turning it into a driver. I ended up buying a 66 Belair from Mick. This red car is gorgeous.

I am a free market guy to the end, and the car is stunning. But Mick had it priced at $65K and he is one of the most knowledgable guys in this game. How does the new owner think he is going to get $125K ? And I could be wrong, but was it ever stated that the car was a documented real 409 as it now is claimed ? I shouldn't be surprised I guess. I once listed a big block 70 Nova numbers car here at a very reasonable price. Had limited interest. Another member bought it and relisted it here but tacked on an extra $20 K. I think he still owns it . |
