Default 1974 Z-28 LT loaded with options 56K MILES

1974 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 with the LT package. This is a very original well cared for classic automobile originally from California. The z-28 has a lot of options for the year. First is the Z-28 option, LT package, posi track rear end, Automatic transmission, air condition, power steering, power brakes, Tac & Gauges, tilt wheel, power windows, Console, rear window defroster, space saver tire, door edge guards. I am no expert but everything on the car looks to be original even though I cannot guarantee the miles the car represents it self as actual miles. The car has been repainted at some time in its life. I can find no evidence of previous body damage or rust any where on the car. I have included pictures of the trunk showing 75% of the spatter paint still visible and also pictures of the quarter panels showing to be original with original under coating. The original space saving spare and jack are there as well as I believe the original thick trunk mat. Under the hood the car still retains the correct radiator cap and smog system still intact and working. Every thing here looks to be 100% correct. The only modification is the addition of California headers. The car runs and drives like a car from that time period. The interior is in excellent shape- seats perfect, door panels are mint, dash pad is like new, console is perfect, the original radio has been replaced with a alpine. The carpet appears to be original and is sun faded and to make it as nice as the rest of the interior it needs to be replaced, I decided to leave it up to the next owner to make that choice. This is a original un restored car, it is not perfect but one of the nicest ones you will find. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge. If anyone has any questions please give me a call and all inspections are welcome.

Yes they begin installing HEI in 1974. I'm not sure of the date, but it was part way through production. My car was built November '73 and was a points car. This car is 5th week of May and that's an HEI distributor under the hood.

That is a great looking car. I had a 74 L-82 Vette in High School, and that car ran very well. It was a low mileage car with a Turbo 400. I whipped up on everyone in school. Same engine as this car. They really ran well even though the feds were stepping on the throat of the engineers. Does this car have a turbo 350 or 400?

Yep my 74 L82 Vette had points but was an earlier car. It had the later points version where the condenser and points were all one unit? I think? Long time ago...

All Auto 74Z's got the CY Turbo 400. The full throttle shift point is at 6000 RPM.
