That filter may be NOS,but it's a later service replacement.
The wording,"Best Way To" precedes "Protect Your Engine" on a vintage one.

I think 70 uses a different one because of the low rise aluminum intake. Vent tube points more towards the rear of engine and rubber connector hose is curved on a 70.
