Sorry I don't have any pictures. I am one of the judges that looked over Rogers yellow 1970 z28 camaro. I Can surely say Dan did a awsome job of restoring. It was 1st judged as a bowtie class car with legends check. It qualified for legends and went through legends judging.

Roger Turpening's Daytona Yellow 70 RS Z28 has a great story and Dan Kemppainen did a beautiful job on the restoration. Roger's car scored a 95.04% for Silver in Legends. Five 2nd Gens Went through Legends this weekend, three for Restored and two Survivors. Left to right below are Roger's 70 RS/Z28, Frank Arone's 70 Z28, Ben Arena's 73 Z28 Survivor, Martha McCue's 81 Z28 Survivor and Rick Goyne's 70 Z28. It was a great show ...with a big turnout of cool cars and people....The Legends/Display Building was 95% full. The crowds were steady both days. A special congrats to Frank Arone with his 2nd Gen 70 Z....scoring Platinum the first time out 4,994 out of 5000 in the Legends Class which is 99.87 % As I know it ....it's the highest score ever received. A special thanks to Matt and Pete Barzak

Splitting hairs...but Frank scored a 4988 for 99.76%, which included 35 Bonus points. He raised the bar with that car...absolutely gorgeous and well deserved.
