My info from Eric White's GTO book shows it to be one of three available for the GTO. The one you show is the early version. Whether it's the one that is supposed to go with Ram Air cars, I dunno.

69 Pontiacs used at least two different water pumps. One had a hub height of 4 15/32, the other had a hub height of 3 31/32. No doubt there was a different set of pulleys depending on which pump was used. It's been a long time since I bought my 69 428 Catalina (mid 69), but I believe the reason for the change was because Pontiac improved the water pump with a larger bearing and changed the overall height at the same time.

Not sure about the bird but they say there was a late version of the 69 water pump that was longer and had different pulleys but ive never seen one. The longer pump part # ends in 124 and started in 70 or in late 69 as some believe, and may be true, and ran through 71 . Most 69s had the 351 cast #.
