Default VIN sticker for inside door

I know that there is someone who reproduces the the VIN sticker for the door on ebay. Does anyone have the link or know of someone? I would like one for Tone Blue. Almost finished with the beast!

Thanks,

Jed

Jed...I'm pretty sure these stickers did not appear on Novas until the 70 model year..so if you are talking about a 69 car...I don't think you need it. All of the survivor 69 Novas I have seen did not have the sticker.

ECS Automotive makes the most correct version I have seen, if your car came with one originally. It is called a Conformance Decal and was just a government mandated decal that showed the date of manufacture and the VIN and in some case weight of the vehicle.

http://www.ecsautomotive.com/product...co=g&id=21

You have to call them to order the exact model and you need your data for them to make it.

If you are linking to the blue rectangular sticker with the clear overlay, that was a '70 thing - not used in '69.

I just saw a "survivor", (not my description), but nonetheless, '69 Camaro with a late build that had the blue door jamb sticker. I couldn't look at the sticker very well due to recent back surgery and I can't bend down, BUT it WAS there and it was original paint in that jamb.
And, yes, there are several ways to get them. Some are blank, some are typed, some are typed with the exact font.
Now, back to the Camaro and the blue tag, I thought it was '70 and later thing to, but I'm also under the impression it was on cars produced after a certain date; I do not know that exact date. I didn't record the VIN of the Camaro, but I remember the "last six" being REAL late. I think the trim tag says "09C of'69-NOT'68".
I bought a blank one for my '72 Olds frame-off and had my sister type the info. It turned out almost identical to the original---I got lucky with the font. My car has some aftermarket upgrades, so the exact font wasn't that big of a deal to me, but I gotta tell you, it's dead on.
If you are doing a "numbers type" car, you may want to do some more research, my '69 Olds (1968 build) does NOT have that sticker, so again, you may want to do some research. I'm sure there are more guys here that know more about that than me.
