I want to run an aftermarket performance fuel pump and fuel filter on my 69 Camaro, but I want to use a stock gas tank. Has anyone ever done this with success? Any pics? Thanks!!

I had a Holley electric fuel pump that was mounted to my frame rail WITHOUT the rubber bushings. Big mistake...I could hear and feel that fuel pump running ALL the time. After installing the rubber bushings to isolate the noise-all was perfect...no fuel starvation at higher RPM's at OCIR Raceway...and I just had a fuel pump block off plate on the block!
