NOS L88 MOTOR W ALUMINUM HEADS 8500.00
AN NOS CRATE MOTOR...CIRCA 1979 LAST RUN OF L88S FROM GM ENDED AROUND 1981. THIS MOTOR CONSISTS OF A ASSEMBLED SHORT BLOCK WITH CORRECT L88 PARTS,AND A SET OF NOS ALUMINUM HEADS IN THE BOXES. 8500.00

Hey Chuck is there a stamp on this motor?...I know the LS7 had the XCH designation and have always wondered what, if any, the L88 would have?

Hi Fred, The pad is factory blank,However I never looked to see if it had a HP designation anywhere else,especially down near the oil filter or on the bellhousing flange where alot of the BB crate motors were stamped.
