I came to the conclusion one evening in college that Manhattan, Kansas (home of Kansas State University) is very close to equi-distant from Golden, CO and St. Louis. Thus the near 50/50 split in that town for Coors and Bud.

I was once informed by a wise man that his 2 favorite beers were "Cold" and "Free".

One of the best beers I ever had was on a July day before my 21st when a farmer I was scouting a field for came out with a cold Old Mil. Once again, cold and free!
