			The external 4 bolt main ID is only  a sure thing for 1971 and earlier blocks as far as I know. After that it is hit and miss. I'm excited to see the results of this build. VortecPro is such a tease. Jason |

			Later 445 casting block only have a 3/8 pipe plug. All factory 4 bolt 4.250 blocks are un shrouded on the deck for the intake valves. Ready to race. |

			Congrads Mark. Not to shabby for smooth idle, running on probably and gas you can find and the peanut ports. I figure your making "around" LS-6 numbers with less cam, less head, less comp the those miserable running LS-6's. Would seem like a nice stop-light car too. John

			NOW you need to throw into the mix, those 2 427's you did. I figure this should come in pretty much just a tick under engine #1 due solely on cam, comp ratio and castings???? So how did I do??
