Boy, those are some wide meats! How fun was that to drive in this PA snow? Both cool! Do I see an aftermarket sunroof on the gray one?

Yea, the L60's were pretty bad in the snow - but I usually put my snow tires on. The sunroof was a 17x35" unit, and was a welcome addition for a car with black interior and no a/c! Thing rode like a truck with those L60's on there, rode a bit nicer with the 275 radials - even nicer with 255 radials with the rear end down a few inches.

I have 245/50/16's on the rear of my clone and they told me they wouldn't fit either. I guess the tire shop doesn't know how to measure for backspacing? I saw the springs underneath your car on the Pypes site. I take it that's what the originals look like? I have only ever had Mono-leaf cars.

I never jacked mine up...I rolled the lips...and put the biggest tires in there that wouldn't rub...for the most part

Yep, those are the original type springs. The new repro's are very good, and the cars sit right with them. I gotta them soon, so I have time to install 'em!

Let me know if they do group discounts! I just became a member of NNN last week under the extreme advice of WilmasBoy! I wish I could get mine done for the Nats.
