It appears that in 1967 Zone 13 Dealer 899 was Yenko in Canonsburg, PA. I found a window sticker from a well-known 1967 L89 that shows this dealer and zone and the delivering dealer is Yenko Chevrolet in Canonsburg. Zone 13 Dealer 900 also appears to be Yenko Chevrolet in Canonsburg, PA, so they have two Dealer numbers for some years.

‘
13-898 is another known Yenko Dealer Code so there was at least Three. NCRS also notes 13-065, others here may know if a mistake or not? ![]() ~ Pete .

Tim,
I have seen quite a few errors in the NCRS data reports. They have different microfiche systems they retrieve data from. One identifies the zone and code then they cross reference to another system to identify the dealer. From what I have heard, they use 2 different dates to retrieve the cross reference and choose the closest date to the production of the vehicle which can of course lead to errors. I checked also with Warren and he doesn’t have a different dealer than Yenko for 13-899. I also checked old ads and don’t see any listings for Yenko at that address pre 1970 Paul

I’d like to see that window sticker if you can post. Also more info: https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=157638

I can't post the entire window sticker as I do not own the car and do not have permission to do so. I will post the pertinent information. This is a 1967 Corvette document with a VIN past the 20000 range. It would have been in the May 1967 range.

If this is a legit 1967 window sticker showing 13-899 as Yenko in Canonsburg PA, then there is no question about the dealer and the zone and code. If you send a legit window sticker or document to NCRS they will correct the NCRS data report. I am helping someone do the same right now where NCRS gave them the wrong dealer for a zone and code.
I wanted to see the entire window sticker to determine if Legit, keep in mind Canonsburg is spelled wrong on the one you posted. Paul

Thank you, Paul. I did that this morning. Their records also match the dealer and zone from this document, so we have dual confirmation. This is a well-known Corvette and there are other documents showing Yenko was the ordering and delivering dealer.

There are two different books that NCRS is using to look up the dealers. (And I assume they use their database that is online.) The books are several years apart - I don't recall seeing a date on either of them. But they are both snapshots in time for the dealer network. So they will not fit changing dealer locations and existence exactly.
