I was actually dealing with Doug initally then got handballed to another guy Eric, and then the wall went up. I'll keep trying though. Don't have much choice as they are the only one I have been able to find who reproduce the fabric I need not to mention the fact that they charged my credit card the day I placed the order.

the other place in texas was called Veterans Trim and Supply..I think?

They went back again and 6 months after that, I received a box with only one metal top rail for the front and one top rail for the rear. The instruction was to see if these rails fit my car. They are still sitting here and SMS has my $1,000. I wouldn't recommend SMS to wrap a pair of socks in a gift box.
Thats beyond total crap. Its a total turnoff to the car enthusist.
