FLT did stand for FLEET line and is still being used today.
CRD has been discussed in the past as standing for CUSTOMER ORDER,but Jim M. had told me awhile age it most likely meant CIRCLE ROUND.As in reference to how Willow Run prepared the body/frame to accept some specific things during assembly. He didn't elaborate on what exactly.
