I have lots of pictures. I’ll post as soon as the deal is done or falls through.
As far as the CHP……… I can only relate what the owner tells me. I have not seen the title, but he says that it states “Police Car” on the title. The 455 is supposed to be balanced and blueprinted. I would guess that the car has been outside for 20 years.
