Need help on cowl tag/build sheet
Need help on trying to decode a build sheet/cowl tag. The guy I'm talking to says the cowl tag and the build sheet have two dashes -- where the exterior color code should be. Has anyone ever run across this? Could it be a "special" color from the factory that was not listed. He says the car might have been orange at one time. Any help would be greatful. Thanks

Re: Need help on cowl tag/build sheet
This is a 1969 L78 Nova SS. I'll call the guy today to get more specific on where these dashes are. Also from pictures I've seen (which are very faint) it looks like he has the broadcast sheet. Not sure if the broadcast sheet and the build sheet is the same. In my opinion you would find the broadcast sheet under the back seat or in back door panels.
